Production Process

The patchouli distillation process begins by loading dried patchouli leaves into the distillation vessel. The material then undergoes steaming to extract the essential oil. The resulting vapor is condensed and filtered to separate the oil from the water.

After filtration, the patchouli oil is tested for quality, including Patchouli Alcohol (PA) content and purity. Once the oil meets quality standards, it is securely packaged and prepared for shipment.
